Intel 600p Series 512 GB SSD Review Specifications Pricing And More
From many years Intel has been the leading company in the semiconductor industry that's why it is not surprising that they are also involved in the SSD business too and they are offering a wide range of consumer and enterprise SSDs.
Intel 600p has released quite a while ago and it marks an important milestone in NVMe technology that's why I choose it for reviewing and to get comparison data against more recent drives.
The Intel 600p SSD is available in storage capacities of 128,256,512(Reviewing in this topic) and the last one is of 1Tb.Warranty of all of these drives is set to 5 years.
For Intel 600p which is set to be as an entry level in NVMe M.2, Intel chooses to combine Micron 3D TLC NAND flash with SMI 2260 controller and in addition to this drive also feature pseudo-SLC which runs a portion of MLC in SLC mode to increase writing performance.
